Return Policy

At Zab Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process, subject to the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within [7/14/30] days of purchase or delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item is unused and in resalable condition

  • You provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Software, digital products, or downloadable content

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Custom orders or special-order items


3. Return Process

To return an item:

In-Store Purchases:

  • Bring the item and receipt to any Zab Mart location.

  • A team member will inspect the item and process the return or exchange.

Online Purchases:

  • Contact us via email or our website within the return window.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  • Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • We may ask for photo/video evidence.

  • If validated, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damaged/defective items


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the return period for items of equal or lesser value (price differences will be charged or refunded). Items must meet return eligibility.


7. Warranty Returns

Some products are covered under a manufacturer warranty. If your item malfunctions after the return period, we will assist in processing warranty claims where applicable.
